Absence has to be put in manually, Fronter.com do not allow scraping as it puts in secure tokens to stop bots from scrapping the site.
Having 0 Days and 0 Hours absence will mark you account on the front page as inactive. "Thumps down"
Days are calculated as 4 hours, if you have 1 day absence on a day with 6 hours, simply add 2 more hours to your time for a precise calculation.

Q: Why limit it to 30 days and 100 hours?
A: If you have more absence than that you need to worry about something else than this limit.
Q: Why not automate the absence?
A: Fronter tries to prevent it and I dont feel like being kicked out for breaking its ToS.
